Inhale and lift the arms above the head and keep looking forward. Hold this position for a moment and then come back to standing. Repeat the steps, but now move the left leg back.
Yoga Exercise 2
Stand upright with feet together, arms on the side. Place the sole of your left foot on the inside of the right thigh, while the knee is bent to the other side. Put the palms together and place them in front of the chest. Breathe 3 times and breathe for the third time, then raise your hands. Breathe out and on the next inhalation, bend the trunk to the left. Inhale again and stretch your arms, etc. Repeat this 3 to 5 times. Then you change your foot and thigh.
